摘要
基于ANSYS,结合实例,对供热管道自然补偿器进行了热结构耦合分析,依据分析结果可合理划分补偿管段、布置补偿器以便有效消除内压和温度变化产生的不平衡力,减少固定支座的数量,可为工程方案的规划与实施提供理论数值依据。
Based on ANSYS,thermal-structural coupling analysis for natural compensator in heating line is made with case study.According to the analysis result,compensation pipe and placement compensator may be divided reasonably so as to eliminate unbalanced force produced by internal pressure and temperature change effectively and the number of fixed support is reduced,which may provide the theoretical value basis for the planning and implementation of engineering scheme.
