Synthesis of 7-Benzyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-a]pyrazine

摘要 以4-咪唑甲醛和2-苄胺基乙醇为原料,经还原氨化、氯代及环合反应合成了7-苄基-5,6,7,8-四氢咪唑并[1,5-a]哌嗪。研究了反应溶剂和碱对环合反应的影响,得到较好的工艺条件,总收率达到53%。 7-benyzl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-a]pyrazine was synthesized from 4-imidazole carboxyaldehyde and 2-benzyl aminoethanol in a sequence of reductive amination,chlorization and cyclization in an overall yield of 53%.The effects of solvent and base on cyclization reaction are examined and the optimum reaction conditions are obtained.
