摘要
防水粘结层在桥面铺装结构体系中起着至关重要的作用。目前,高速公路工程中常用的桥面防水粘结层的材料有:高粘度改性沥青、普通改性沥青和环氧沥青等。通过直接拉伸试验比较了不同桥面铺装粘结防水层的粘结强度;并比较了不同材料的经济性。结果表明,高黏度改性沥青的粘结强度比普通SBS改性沥青提高1倍左右,价格适中,能够广泛推广应用。研究成果对桥面铺装工程的设计与施工具有重要的指导意义。
Waterproof and adhesive membrane plays a crucial role in the bridge deck pavement structure system.At present,waterproofing material used in the highway engineering are: high viscosity modified asphalt,modified asphalt and epoxy asphalt.Through direct tensile tests,different bridge deck waterproof waterproofing material bond strength were compared.Then the different material economy was compared too.The results show that,high viscosity modified asphalt adhesive strength is improved by about 100% of conventional SBS modified asphalt.Because of its moderate price,it can be widely popularized and applied.Research has important guiding significance to bridge deck pavement design and construction of the project.
