辊型梁撞击三面冲机床的故障分析

目前国内车架纵梁已采用辊压成形和三面数控冲孔代替模具生产,实现辊型、三面数控冲孔的自动化生产线,新的工艺也产生了新问题,辊型梁在进三面冲冲孔时,撞击机床,造成设备故障就是其中之一。
