上胸椎肿瘤前后路联合手术患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of patients with upper thoracic spine tumors undergoing anterior-posterior approach surgery

总结10例上胸椎肿瘤前后路联合手术患者围手术期的护理经验。术前进行心理护理、呼吸功能及俯卧位适应性训练;术后重视体位护理、引流护理,呼吸功能、神经系统症状和体征的密切观察,并发症的及时发现,康复锻炼和出院指导。结果本组大部分患者顺利度过围手术期,仅1例发生血肿压迫致呼吸困难,1例出现喉返神经损伤,经训练后恢复。

The paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of ten patients with upper thoracic spine tumors undergoing anterior-posterior approach surgery. The preoperative nursing included psychological nursing,respiratory function training and adaptive training of prone position. The postoperative nursing included posture nursing,drainage nursing,close observation of breath and symptoms and signs of nervous system,prevention of complications,systematic rehabilitation exercise,and instruction on discharge. As a result,eight patients successfully passed perioperative period,one patient suffered from dyspnea following hematoma,and one case occured laryngeal nerve injury with recovery after proper training.
