早期乳腺癌放射治疗新进展
摘要
放射治疗是治疗乳腺癌的主要组成部分,是局部治疗手段之一。10余年来,早期乳腺癌以局部切除为主的综合治疗日益增多,疗效与根治术无明显差异,保乳治疗已成为Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的主要治疗方法。放射治疗是乳腺癌保乳综合治疗中一个不可缺少的组成部分。乳腺癌放射治疗的新趋向为＂精、小、快＂。
