“杂交”手术治疗高龄下肢动脉硬化闭塞性疾病患者的护理配合

Nursing cooperation during the hybridization of interventional radiology and surgery treatment for low extremity arteriosclerosis disease

目的总结采用介入杂交手术治疗高龄下肢动脉硬化闭塞疾病（LEAD）手术患者的护理配合经验，提高护理质量。方法回顾性分析2008年12月至2010年12月间解放军总医院10例高龄患者下肢动脉闭塞性疾病临床资料，总结护理配合经验。结果10例10条肢体均在全麻下经皮穿刺下完成，行股动脉切开取栓手术和（或）溶栓治疗。10条肢体造影均可见病变血管恢复通畅，术后原症状均有不同程度的改善。无截肢（趾），无穿刺部位假性动脉瘤及血肿，无死亡、无溶栓相关的严重出血并发症等。结论“杂交”手术与传统内外科治疗相比，可有效恢复侧支循环的血流，具有微创、高效、安全的特点。导管室护士要熟练掌握“杂交”手术的护理配合，备物齐全，尽量缩短高龄患者的手术时间，减少术后并发症。

Objective To summary the nursing cooperation experiences during the hybridization of interventional radiology and surgery treatment for patient with low extremity arteriosclerosis disease, and to improve the quality of nursing care. Methods 10 advanced age patients with low extremity arteriosclerosis disease from December 2008 to December 2010 in the Chinese PLA General Hospital were treated with the hybridization of interventional radiology and surgery treatment. Nursing cooperation experiences during treatment were summarized. Results 10 patients were performed the hybridization of thrombectomy and transcatheter infusion successfully. The 1 ow extremity arterial angiography showed that the blood flow was restoration and the symptom was improved. 10 patients without significant complications. Conclusions Comparing with the traditional treatment, the hybridization treatment with the character of minimal invasive, high efficiency and high safety. The nurses should carefully prepare and skilled cooperate to reduce the operation time and decrease the complication rate.
