感动服务在内科护理中的应用

Application of moving service at nursing for internal medicine

目的探讨感动服务在内科护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的68例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用感动服务护理,分析两组护理效果。结果对照组8个条目满意度分别为82.5%、78.2%、80.3%、79.7%、81.5%、60.5%、84.5%、69.8%,观察组8个条目满意度分别为95.5%、96.8%、92.5%、98.5%、90.4%、96.5%、93.6%、96.3%。经统计学分析,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经感动服务后,患者整体满意度普遍提高,使用方便,经济适用,扩大了医院的影响力,同时获得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of moving service in medical care. Methods Sixty-eight patients of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional care, and the observation group used moving service nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were analyzed. Results The control group of 8 items satisfaction were 82.5%, 78.2%, 80.3%, 79.7%, 8h5%, 60.5%, 84.5% and 69.8%; The observation group of 8 items satisfaction were 95.5%, 96.8%, 92.5%, 98.5%, 96.5%, 93.6%, 96.3% and 90.4%. After statistical analysis, the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion After moving service, patients generally improved overall satisfaction, use convenient, economy is applicable, expands the influence of the hospital, and have the good social efficiency and the economic efficiency, worth to application in clinic.
