复方鱼腥草口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

The effect observation of complex prescription heartleaf houttuynia herb oral liquid combined with ribavirin in hand-foot-mouth disease

目的观察复方鱼腥草口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取诊断为手足口病的患儿60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。2组均采用退热、补液等对症处理,对照组单独使用利巴韦林治疗,观察组采用复方鱼腥草口服液联合利巴韦林治疗。治疗后观察2组治疗疗效和退热时间、皮疹及口舌疱疹消退时间。结果观察组总有效率为96.7%显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、皮疹及口舌疱疹消退时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方鱼腥草口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病具有显著抗病毒、退热及改善症状作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of complex prescription heartleaf houttuynia herb oral liquid combined with ribavirin in hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 60 cases patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 30 cases.control group were treated by ribavirin,observation group were treated by complex prescription heartleaf houttuynia herb oral liquid combined with ribavirin.After treatment,compared the clinical effect and pyretolysis time,deflorescence time and mouth-zoster lingualis regression time of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group（96.7%） was higher than that of control group（70.0%）（P0.05）;The pyretolysis time,deflorescence time and mouth-zoster lingualis regression time in observation group were shorter than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of complex prescription heartleaf houttuynia herb oral liquid combined with ribavirin in hand-foot-mouth disease has significant role of anti-virus,fever and improvement symptom,worthy of clinical application.
