我院外科抗菌药物不合理应用调查分析

Investigation and analysis of unreasonable application of antibacterial drug of surgical in our hospital

目的了解该院外科系统住院患者抗菌药物不合理应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法对该院2011年1-5月外科系统出院病历进行系统统计分析,包括科别、患者姓名、性别、年龄、疾病、手术名称、切口分类、抗菌药物的使用情况(含品种选择、给药方案、给药剂量、每天给药次数、疗程、联合用药等)。结果该院外科系统抗菌药物不合理应用的情况较为严重,占使用抗菌药物病历的48.53%,相当一部分医师越线用药,抗菌药物的用药起点高。结论必须加强对外科系统抗菌药物使用的监管,以促进临床合理用药。

Objective To understand the situation of unreasonable application of antibacterial drug of surgical in hospital,to promote the clinical use of drug.Methods Analysed surgical department system being out of hospital medical record,including divisions,the patient′s name,sex,age,disease,operation name,cut classification,the usage of antibiotics（contain variety selection,dosing,drug doses,and a day to therapy,treatment course and combination,etc）.Results Hospital surgical system unreasonable application of antibiotics was more serious,the use of antimicrobial drug accounted for 48.53% of medical record.Quite part of doctors crossed the line medication.Conclusion Must strengthen to the surgical department system antibiotics supervision to promote the clinical reasonable medication.
