我院围术期抗菌药物预防应用调查分析

Survey and analysis on prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period in our hospital

目的了解该院围术期抗菌药物的预防使用情况。方法回顾性调查该院2010年5-12月间354例Ⅰ类切口清洁手术患者预防应用抗菌药物情况。结果 354例患者病历中,抗菌药物预防使用率达100.00%,无适应证用药达88.14%;术前0.5～2h用药者142例占40.11%;术后>48h用者药277例占78.25%;预防用药使用最多的为头孢菌素类;存在无指征用药、抗菌药物选择不当、用药时机不合理、应用时间过长、联合用药不规范等情况。结论该院清洁手术患者预防使用抗菌药物存在不合理现象,应加以重视。

Objective To investigate the prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period in our hospital.Methods 354 cases who had undergone class Ⅰ sterile operation during May to December in 2010 in our hospital were investigated restropectively for the situation of prophylactic antibiotics usage.Results All the 354 cases（100.00%） were administrated antibiotics,the ratio of used antibiotics without indication was 88.14%.142 cases（40.11%）were administrated antibiotics 0.5~2h before the operation and 277 cases（78.25%）were treated with antibiotics over 48h after the operation.Cephalosporins had the highest use frequency among all the antibiotics used during perioperative period.The nonstandard used of antibiotics manifested as following forms：The use of antibiotics without indication,incorrect choice of drugs variety,inappropriate time of administration,overlong duration of administration and nonstandard drug combination and so on.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the irrational use of antibiotics during the perioperative period in our hospital.
