中药治疗慢性咳嗽疗效观察

The effect observation of Chinese Medicine in treatment of chronic cough

目的观察中药治疗慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法将70例慢性咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组给予标准桃金娘油肠溶胶囊(吉诺通)治疗,治疗组根据辨证分型给予中药治疗。观察2组临床疗效、起效时间及咳嗽消失时间。结果治疗组总有效率为82.9%高于对照组的65.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组起效时间和症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗慢性咳嗽效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese Medicine in treatment of chronic cough.Methods 70 cases patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 35 cases.Control group were given myrtol standard enteric-coated capsules（gelemyrtol）.Treatment group were treated according to syndrome differentiation with traditional Chinese Medicine.Observed clinical efficacy,onset time and cough disappeared time of two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（82.9%） was higher than that of control group（65.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The onset time and symptoms disappeared time in treatment group were shorter than those in control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Chinese Medicine in treatment of chronic cough is effective.
