摘要
以某离心叶轮为例,首先用Solidworks建立了叶轮的三维模型,然后采用正交试验法分析了模型中影响强度的几个因素,得到了影响最显著的因素,最后利用有限元法对其进行了优化。分析表明,这种优化方法是有效可行的。
Take one centrifugal impeller for instance,the 3D model of the impeller is established with Solidworks.And then,several factors which affected the strength of the model by orthogonal test are analyzed.The most remarkable effect factor is obtained.Finally,it is optimized by finite element method.The analysis indicates that this optimum method is effective and feasible.
