《诸病源候论》为隋.巢元方等撰,是我国第一部病因、病机及证候学专著。笔者就其中妇人杂病诸候中关于"无子候"的病因病机及治疗思路进行探讨,以提炼清晰的理论框架,用于指导临床诊疗工作。

Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of Various Diseases written by Chao Yuanfang in Sui Dynasty was the first monograph on etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome.This paper aims to explore the idea of pathogenesis and treatment of 'Wu Zi Hou(Sterility)'in the chapter of Miscellaneous Syndromes of Woman Disease in Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of Various Diseases,so as to extract a clear theoretical framework to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
