细脚拟青霉的培养及其产物的化学成份分析 被引量:24

THE CULTIVATION OF PAECILOMYCES TENUIPES AND ITS CHEMICAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS OF CULTIVATED PRODUCTS

摘要 本文观察了细脚拟青霉人工培养的几种固体培养基及其组合。认为大麦、小麦以及组合培养基中的麸皮+玉米面+谷糠(2:1:1)较合适。通常该菌采收期以30—40天为好,但氨基酸含量40—50天最高,60天以后下降。以天然冬虫夏草cordyceps sinensis作对照,此菌栽培产物通过分析表明,两者主要化学组分相似,所含氨基酸种类亦相同,但是多种氨基酸却高出冬虫夏草。 The several solid media and their combination for artificial cultivation of P. tenuipes were examined. Among them Barley, wheat and bran+cornmeal+chaff (2:1:1) were considered to be much suitable for growth of the fungus.The mature time for synnema of the fungus which formed on culture media is usually for 30 to 40 days, but the amount of amino acid is highly at approximately 50th day, and decreases after 60 days.The chemical components of cultivated product of P. tenuipes compared with the natural C. sinensis were tested. The result showed that both their principal components and the kinds of amino acid are similar but the amount of some amino acid of the fungus is higher than those of natural C. sinensis.
