摘要
为探讨虾脊兰属植物的遗传多样性,从100个随机RAPD引物中筛选出14个多态性较好的引物对15份虾脊兰野生种进行了分析,结果表明:14个RAPD引物共扩增出254条带,其中多态性带243条,多态性比率为95.67%;15份虾脊兰野生种间的遗传相似系数的变幅从0.258 8到0.684 8,平均值为0.471 8,表明虾脊兰属植物的遗传多态性较丰富.按UPGMA法对供试材料进行聚类分析,将15份虾脊兰野生种分为三大类,这与其所生长的地理环境及海拔高度有较好的一致型.
In order to explore the genetic diversity of Calanthe plants,14 primers with good polymorphism were screened from 100 random RAPD primers to analyze 15 wild species of Calanthe orchid.Altogether,254 bands were amplified,of which 243 were polymorphic bands,accounting for 95.67% of the total.The genetic similarity coefficient of the 15 wild orchid species ranged from 0.258 8 to 0.684 8,averaging 0.471 8,indicating a relatively rich polymorphism of this genus.Cluster analysis based on UPGMA divided the 15 species of Calanthe into three categories,which well matched with the division based on their geographical environment and altitude.
