摘要
阐述了非语言交流行为的几种主要方式以及其在图书馆流通服务工作中的应用,提出非语言交流是人际交往中的一种重要形式,对于建立和谐的馆读关系有着十分重要的意义。
This paper expounds several main forms of non-verbal communication and its application in library's circulation services,and points out that the non-verbal communication,which is an important form of interpersonal communication,has great significance for establishing the harmonious relationship between librarians and readers.
