This paper introduces the concepts and functions of the wetland,analyzes the basis situation of wetland resources in China,in Shanxi Province and in Changzhi City,points out some problems and shortages existing in the current wetland conservation in Changzhi City,and puts forward some principles and measures for wetland conservation.
