摘要 针对平朔矿区露天生产新购进的P&H4100XPC电铲数字驱动控制系统的优良特性和运行3年多来产生的巨大效益,研究探讨使用国际知名公司通用的、开放的、标准的自动控制平台,采用尽可能低廉的费用对已使用26年的2800XP电铲和12年2800XPB电铲进行控制系统技术升级改造,使之能够有助于提高生产效率,创造直接的经济效益。 In the light of the excellent characteristics of digital driving control system of P&H2800XP/B electric shovel newly purchased by makes the research Pingshuo Mine Area for open production and huge benefits of its three years' operation, this paper and investigation on the opening and standard automatic control platform generally used by international famous companies, and conducts the technological upgrading for 2800XP electric shovel that has been used for 26 years and 2800XPB electric shovel that has been used for 12 years with the lowest cost, enabling them to be helpful to raise the production efficiency and create direct economic benefit.
