Effect of the Case Temperature of the Accessory Standand Vacuum Ionization Gauge on the Gauge Factor

设计了测量管壳温度改变对规管系数影响的实验。由实验得出，随着管壳温度升 高，规管系数缓慢下降。给出管壳温度每升高１℃规管系数变化－０．０６８％。

The experiment for measuring the effect of the case temperature on the gauge factor is carried out. It is approved while the case temperature incease, the gauge factor will slowly drop down. For one degree the case temperature increase the gauge factor will change for -0.068%.
