摘要
本文介绍了一种精度较高的恒张力控制系统。它从分析卷绕机构及其张力控制原理 出发,导出了全补偿张力控制系统的数学模型,并介绍了双闭环速度调节器及大功率三 极管脉宽调制功率放大器。实践证明,该控制系统具有调速范围宽、噪声低、快速响应 好及动态干扰性强的特点。
In this paper, a lasting tention control system with high accuracy is presented. A mathematics model of tention control with total compensation is derived by analyzing the principle of winding structure and tention control. The double-closed speed regulator and power amplifier with the modulation of pulse duration by high power transistor (PWM) are described. It has been demonstrated in practice that the control system is characterized by wide range for fast regulating speed, low noise, quick reaction and strong dynamic anti- interference.
