摘要
本文以客户为导向研究各种细分方法与技术。先简要介绍各种细分方法的特点,并比较了它们之间的差异;再以细分技术为主要内容对基于客户统计学的客户细分、基于客户行为的客户细分、基于客户价值的客户细分和基于客户生命周期的客户细分四种主要的细分方法进行了详细的叙述;最后指出了现有细分方法的不足和发展方向。
All segmentation methods and technologies in the article are customer-oriented. Firstly, the characteristics of different methods were described ,then compare with their differences; secondly, focusing on the meanings of dimensions and segmentation techniques, four important methods were expounded in detail, according to the customer subdivides of the customer segmentation, the customer's behavior ,the customer values and the customer's life cycle of the customer segmentation; lastly ,the defects and the corresponding measures for improvement were pointed out.
