摘要
网络化的发展无疑给旅行社的业务发展带来了机遇,同时也带来前所未有的挑战。在网络时代的冲击下,旅行社业务发展的状况是严峻的。为了适应网络信息时代,旅行社必须优化业务流程,如:旅行社业务供应链重新定位;信息管理系统更新,WBE技术和多媒体技术的升级。本文从分析网络冲击下旅行社发展状况出发,寻求网络时代下旅行社业务中所出现的问题。最后,本文从四个方面阐述了旅行社应如何应对网络时代带来的巨大的挑战,以期对旅行社加强健全其业务管理体制有所裨益。
With the development of Internet, it is no doubt that it has brought some certain benefit to the transaction in a travel agency as well as some challenge. Analyzing the development of business in a travel agency during the internet-oriented era, the situation seems rather serious. In order to accommodate Net Period, it is necessary for the travel agency to optimize the business process. For example, reposition travel agency affair supply chain; renew information management system; upgrading WBE technology and multimedia technology. This article starts wih analysising the situation of the travel agency during Net Period, and seeks for the possible problems in the business in a travel agency. At last, this article elaborates the huge challenge which a travel agency is exposed to during Net Period from four aspects in hope that it will be beneficial to enhance the management hierarchy of the travel agency.
