沸点仪配套电源的改进设计

摘要 对于高等院校基础化学实验教科书的物理化学实验部分中《完全互溶双液系的平衡相图的绘制》实验用改进的沸点测定仪的配套电源提出改进设计。一方面,原设计用串联调压电源,调整管承受比较大的电压差,而且耗能比较大;另一方面,对于自耦调压变压器直接用作加热器的供电电源除耗能比较大外,还有触电的隐患。为了要更经济地和改进的沸点仪的小型加热器配套,设计并建议用TRIAC电压调制配套电源。该电源具有模块化、成本低和节能的优点。经过室验教学的试用达到设计的要求和预期的使用效果,得到参与试用师生的好评。 The improved design of power supply fittings of boiling point apparatus used in " the measuring of phase diagrams of two complete miscible liquids "in many experimental textbooks of physical chemistry was designed. On the one hand, using cascade voltage conditioning power supply in the original design, its regulator tube will sustain a large vohage difference and has a heavy energy cost. On the other hand, the autotransformer was directly used as the power supply of the heater, which would not only waste a lot of energy, but also had hidden safety trouble of electric shock. In order to assort more economicallv with the mini-type heater of the improved boiling point apparatus, the improved power supply fittings of boiling point apparatus was designed and suggested. This improved power supply fittings was a safer and cheaper TRIAC voltage conditioning po,~er supply. It had the merits of modularization, low cost and saving economy. After the tryout of this improved power supply fittings in experimental teaching the demand of design and the effect of using were achieved, and good opinion was obtained by attending teacher and students.
