对高校辅导员多重角色的几点思考

高校辅导员是保证高等教育事业持续、健康、快速发展不可或缺的一支极为重要的力量。加强辅导员队伍建设是保障高等教育发展的强心针。在辅导员队伍建设的问题中,如何处理好辅导员的多重角色的是一个值得探索的问题。本文讲述了辅导员这一角色自诞生之日起,从单纯的政治工作指导者到如今多重角色集一身的角色嬗变过程;承担多重角色的高校辅导员在工作中显露出了种种矛盾,无论从事物的外部还是从事物的内部(角色间)看待这些矛盾冲突,辅导员在现行体制下都遭遇了一系列的职场尴尬。本文主要从角色的实施者、承担者及角色接受者等进行分析如何改善高校辅导员的多重角色困扰的问题。

College instructors have been the great power ensuring the college education to develop steadily and fast, so strengthening instructor construction has become the guarantee of the healthy development in college education. Therefore, searching the effective ways of dealing with instructors＇ multiple role is important in the field of team construction. This thesis first discussed the developing process of college instructors from the single political guider to the man with multiple roles, and then explored several contradictions existing in instructors＇ work as well as the embarrassment they＇re suffering under the current policy; finally, the paper analyze methods of balancing the contradiction among the multiple roles from the angles of enforcer, undertaker as well as the receiver.
