飞机机翼积冰表面粗糙度研究

摘要 本文对飞行过程中的飞机机翼积冰过程的数值模拟中的粗糙度计算提出了改进。此方法结合S-A湍流模型中改进的积冰表面粗糙度计算,对飞机机翼积冰过程进行了数值模拟。为验证方法的效果,本文计算了NACA0012翼型的积冰情况及对气动特性参数的影响,计算结果与试验数据结果进行了对比,并与目前国际上广泛采用的经验公式计算粗糙度的方法进行了对比讨论。结果表明改进的方法和文献中的试验数据吻合良好。 The paper proposed an improved calculation of the roughness during the numerical simulation of ice accretion on aircraft wing process in the flight. The method combines the improved S-A turbulence model calculation of ice surface roughness, and made numerical simulation to the ice accretion on aircraft wings process. To verify the method's effectiveness, the paper calculated the NACA0012 airfoil icing conditions and the impact on the aerodynamic parameters. Compared the results of the calculation results and experimental data, and made comparative discussion with the empirical formulas of roughness calculation that widely used in current international ice forecast. The results show that improved methods and documentation data are consistent.
