中美成年人体质测定方法比较

Comparision on Adult’s Physical Fitness Test between China and America

本文采用文献研究的方法,简介中美两国体质研究发展的历史,并从测定分组、测定指标体系、测定的评价方法与标准三个方面进行比较,指出中国在成年人体质测定方面的不足之处,为制定更加适合中国国情的成年人体质测定方法和标准提供借鉴。

By the literature research, this article provides the introduction of the development history of physical fitness research and makes comparison on three aspects between China and America： test group, test items systems,test measurement,assessment and criterion. It points out the deficiencies of adult＇s physical fitness test in China, and provides the reference of constituting the adult＇s physical fitness test and criterion that is more suitable for Chinese conditions.
