农网35kV变电站站址选择之我见

Opinions on the Site Selection of 35kV Substation in the Rural Power Network

随着乡镇经济的迅猛发展和居民生活水平的逐步提高,用电负荷和用电结构发生了很大的变化,原来的农村配电网已严重制约了乡镇经济的发展。为了满足乡镇的经济发展要求和快速增长的用电需求,做好电网改造升级工程实施工作,提升农网供电可靠性和供电能力,基本建成安全可靠、节能环保、技术先进、管理规范的新型农村电网,各乡镇新建35kV变电站的工作变得越来越紧迫。而变电站站址选择合理与否,对基建投资、建设速度、运行的经济性和安全性又起着十分重要的甚至决定性的作用。本文针对农网35kV变电站规划选址的相关要求、站址选择应注意的相关问题等进行了阐述。

With the rapid development of rural economy and the gradual improvement of people＇s living standards,the power load and the power structure have been greatly changed.Development of the township economy has been severely restricted by the original rural power distribution network.In order to meet the needs of town economic development and the fast-growing demand of electricity,implement the project of power grid upgrading,improve the ability of power supply and reliability of the rural power network,establish a new rural power network which is safe,reliable,green,technologically advanced and management standardized,constructions of the 35kV substation becomes more urgent than any other time.Whether the site selection is reasonable or not is vital and decisive for the initial cost,the speed of construction,and the economy and safety of the operation of power network.This paper focuses on the 35kV substation in the rural power network and explains the related requirements of site planning and selection and matters that should be noticed,etc.
