摘要
为解决特殊条件下挖孔桩施工困难的问题,某工程于铁路路建筑限界以外采用钻孔灌注桩作为便梁基础,桩顶设钢筋混凝土盖梁,施工便梁支点设于盖梁。根据工程实例,简单介绍了钢筋混凝土盖梁的设计及施工,通过MIDAS软件对盖梁进行结构计算,并经过了施工的检验,此方式切实可行。该工程的实施,对既有线顶进桥涵线路加固有一定的参考价值。
To overcome the difficulty of the excavation pile construction in special conditions,the bored pile was used as the auxiliary beam foundation beyond the railway structural clearance in project,the reinforced concrete bent caps was used for pile tops,with constructive beam pivots on bent caps.This paper gives a brief introduction to the design and construction of the reinforced concrete bent cap based on engineering practices.The structural calculation of bent cap using MIDAS software and the construction inspection has proved that this is a feasible method.The implement of this project has some reference value for the railway reinforcement of the jacked in bridge or culvert for existing railway.
