随着改革开放的不断深入与经济的不断发展,建筑工程造价也开始了一个新的阶段,工程概预算的准确性在很大程度上,影响着工程造价的水平。论文在研究建筑项目概预算工作与工程造价两者关系的基础上,分析了建筑工程概预算编制中普遍存在的问题,讨论了提高概预算编制精确性的具体策略,为建筑工程概预算质量的提升提供理论参考。

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening,unceasing development of economic,the architectural engineering construction cost also started a new stage.The accuracy of engineering budget influence building cost to a great extent.Based on the research of the relationship between architectural engineering budget and building cost,the universal existence questions in the budget preparation were analyzed,the concrete strategy for enhancement of budget preparation accuracy were discussed,the theory reference for promotion of budget quality were provided.
