试析高层民用建筑防排烟设施存在的问题及对策

Analysis on Tall Buildings Smoke Infrastructure Problems and Countermeasures

防排烟设施是高层民用建筑保障人民生命财产安全不可缺少的设施,尽管国家颁布的有关规范对防排烟设施从设计到施工验收均有相关规定,但实际工程中仍存在各种各样的问题,影响系统的运行效果。本文通过对高层民用建筑防排烟设施存在的问题进行研究,分析原因和危害,结合工程现状和相关规范,提出相应的解决对策。

Smoke facilities are essential facilities of tall buildings for protecting people＇s lives and properties. Although the state has promulgated standards with relevant provisions for smoke related facilities from design to construction and acceptance, but in actual project there are still a variety of problems which affect the system＇s operating results. Based on the problems research, causes and hazards analysis of high-level civil building smoke facilities, combined with the project status and related specifications, the corresponding countermeasures were advanced.
