摘要
本文针对危险化学涂料产品实施生产许可证管理以来,涂料产品生产许可证实施细则引用的化工行业标准适用范围、技术指标、实验条件等方面存在的问题,许可证工作机构和人员积极推动有关产品的标准化制修订工作,将原16项标准进行修订整合发布10项国家标准。这10项标准技术指标规定更为合理,增加了标准的通用性,拓展了适用范围,解决了生产许可过程所发现的产品标准不适应情况,为行业发展创新、为许可证工作奠定了良好的标准化工作基础。
As the license management is implemented during the production of hazardous chemical coating products, there are lots of issues existing such as scope, technical specifications and experiment conditions. Staff worked for the license management actively promoted the relevant standards development and harmonized and revised 16 standards into 10 GB standards which are more reasonable, popularity as well as extending the scope are the foundation of license management standardization.
