本文从政府统计数据质量的涵义出发,在借鉴世界各国统计机构不同标准的基础上,认为我国政府统计数据质量的标准有精度、准确性、适用性、及时性、完整性、一致性和最低成本原则等。并从我国目前统计工作的实际出发,提出了有针对性的可操作化控制建议,以期在实际工作中指导调查者实现最佳的调查效果。

In this paper, the meaning of the quality of government statistics, starting in drawing statistical agencies around the world on the basis of different standards that our government statistical data quality standards are precision, accuracy, suitability, timeliness, completeness, consistency and minimum cost principles. Statistics from China＇s current reality, made the operationalization of the targeted control recommendations with a view to guide investigators in practical work to achieve the best results of the investigation.
