摘要
广东的改革正在步入深水区,各种社会矛盾相互纠结,深层次的问题浮出水面。劳资关系作为基本的社会关系之一,不仅影响到企业的正常生产经营,影响了企业的经济效益,还影响到幸福广东的建设。本文立足于广东的民营企业,对其劳资关系现状进行分析,在此基础上提出在民营企业中设置工会、选举合适的工会主席、建立起长效沟通协调机制等对策,对广东民营企业的劳资关系管理具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
The evolution in Guangzhou has been penentrate deeply.Several kinds of social contradictions are tangling,deep-seated problems have appeared.As one of the basic social relationship,the labor relation is not only influence the ordinary production and management of the enterprise,take effect of the economic benefit,but also influence the happiness construction in Guangdong.This article is established in the private enterprises of Guangdong and analyst their current situation of labor relation,and in order to propose that set up the trade union and elect the right chairman for it,establish the countermeasures of permanent mechanism in communication and coordination will be the significant reference for the labor relation management of private enterprises in Guangdong.
