四川汉源县旅游发展的SWOT分析及对策研究

国家重点工程———瀑布沟水电站蓄水后,汉源县淹没土地4万余亩,人地矛盾突出,要实现汉源库区经济发展,大力发展旅游业是其最佳选择。本文通过SWOT分析法分析了汉源县发展旅游业自身具有的优势和劣势,以及外部环境带来的机遇和威胁。以此为依据,从旅游定位、旅游规划、产品开发、设施建设、从业人员、宣传促销、资金投入等七个方面详细阐述了汉源县旅游发展的各项对策。

Pubugou Hydropower Station isa nationalk-ey project,which led to covered more than 40000 acres of Hanyuan County.The problems of human and fields are obvious,so to achieve the economic development by developing tourism is the best choice.This article use SWOT analysis to analyze the strength and weakness of Hanyuan County＇s tourism,including external environment from the opportunities and threats.Based on SWOT analysis,to research the countermeasures of Hanyuan County＇s tourism with tourism orientation,tourism planning,product development,establishment construction,employees,promotion and funding.
