摘要
我国自开展社会主义新农村建设以来,取得了一定的成就。但在建设过程中遇到了一些新的情况和问题。新的五年规划已开始实施,站在新的历史起点上透视、分析并有效解决这些问题,是顺利推进新农村建设的前提和保障。
China has made certain achievements since the implementation of new countryside construction,while some new problems also appeared during the process of the construction.It is of great importance to penetrate,analyze and thus effectively solve these problem based on the new historical background in order to guarantee a smooth promotion of the new countryside construction during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
