摘要
高房价问题,已经成为举国关注的焦点问题,高房价严重挤压了居民的收入增长空间,影响居民的生活,困扰着中国经济的可持续发展,阻碍着中国的城市化进程。本文通过对商品房的垄断地位,投机性购房等高房价的成因进行分析,提出允许居民自建房,严厉打击炒房者的投机行为,小商品房合法化,限制开发商的利润率等解决方案。以期使我国的高房价现象得到一定程度的控制。
Problem of high house prices has become the focus of nationwide attention.The high house prices has seriously reduced the residents' income growth,affected the lives,plagued China's sustainable economic development and hampered China's urbanization process.Based on the commercial housing monopoly status and the speculative analysis of the causes of high house prices,proposed to allow residents to build their own house to crack down speculation real estate speculators,the legalization of small quasi-property house,limit the profit margins of the developer and so on.With a view to the phenomenon of china's high prices of the housing to get a degree of control.
