论我国高房价的危害、成因及对策

高房价问题,已经成为举国关注的焦点问题,高房价严重挤压了居民的收入增长空间,影响居民的生活,困扰着中国经济的可持续发展,阻碍着中国的城市化进程。本文通过对商品房的垄断地位,投机性购房等高房价的成因进行分析,提出允许居民自建房,严厉打击炒房者的投机行为,小商品房合法化,限制开发商的利润率等解决方案。以期使我国的高房价现象得到一定程度的控制。
