摘要
2010年6月,国务院下发了《关于加强地方政府融资平台管理有关问题的通知》后地方融资平台面临着城市基础设施建设融资困难且原有融资渠道受限的两难局面。本文基于此背景,对地方融资平台发展战略转型,探索城市经营模式提出相关建议。
In June 2010,after the state council issued＂the notice of relevant questions on strengthening the management of local government financing platform ＂the local financing platform was confronted with the dilemma of urban infrastructure construction financing difficulty and original limit of financing channels.Based on the background this paper puts forward related suggestions about local financing platform development strategy transformation and the city business model.
