一2011年7月,北京的朋友邀请我去观摩原创音乐剧《白日梦》和《爷们儿》。一提起观摩原创音乐剧,我心里就有一些嘀咕。近些年来,观摩过一些国内的原创音乐剧,动辄都是上千万元以至数千万元的投资;宏大的场面,能用上的高科技几乎都用上了;加上一个大腕明星的主要演员阵容,一个庞大的歌队,

Daydreams and Ye Men'er are two small-scale musicals produced by Beijing's Mahua FunAge Production Co.Ltd.In contrast to those large-scale musicals that have become popular in China in recent years,mid-size and small-scale musicals have proven their market appeal.Daydreams,which requires a 25-member cast, is a favorite among youthful audiences.Mahua FunAge Production already has 16 works in repertoire,presenting more than 200 performances (at 95%attendance) in Beijing every year.Box office receipts for each production have totalled more than 10 million RMB.
