摘要
在实际工程应用中,磁传感器应用越来越广泛。在储罐底板或传输管道缺陷监测中,多用到漏磁检测。市面上大部分的磁传感器都是用电信号来传递的,而在储罐一类高火险等级的作业中,严禁有电信号。设计了一种测量磁场强度的实验方案,利用光纤和磁致伸缩材料,光纤测量由磁场引起的磁致伸缩材料应变,间接得到磁场的变化。通过已知的磁致伸缩材料应变特性得到可靠数据,证明该测量方法稳定可行。
In practical engineering application,magnetic sensor use more widely.In the tank bottom or a transmission pipeline defects monitoring,use magnetic flux leakage testing more。Most of the magnetic sensors on the market are electric signals to pass,and in the storage tank of high fire danger level for a class operation,electrical signals is strictly prohibited.Designed a program in this article,the use of fiber optic and magnetostrictive materials,you can avoid the case of electrical signals measured magnetic field strength,and to obtain accurate stability data.
