摘要
PDA是基于PC的数据采集及分析系统,通常位于过程控制L2级,对基础自动化L1级的数据进行采集,为控制系统前期调试及故障原因查找提供依据,是生产过程监测及系统参数优化的重要保证,同时也为数据报告的生成及生产决策系统提供数据支撑。本文首先介绍了PDA数据采集系统的系统构架,并以厚板轧线为例,详细论述了PDA数据采集系统通讯协议的确定、实现,以及硬件和网络组态流程,最后研究讨论PDA的数据分析功能,为系统优化和故障分析提供依据。
PDA is data acquisition and analysis system based on PC,that is usually located in the process control level,executes data acquisition from the level of basic automation.For the control system debugging and finding the causes of the malfunction,data acquisition system provides data evidences,and also becomes important guarantee for monitoring of process and optimizing of system parameters.This paper first introduced the system architecture of PDA,and discussed the communication protocol,realization,and the hardware and network configuration process of PDA using Heavy Plate Rolling Line as an example,finally discussed the PDA data analysis functions to provide evidences for the system optimization and failure analysis.
