介绍日产生产方式(简称NPW)的由来及发展,其核心思想是:以质量为中心,彻底排除浪费,实现供应与客户需求同期以及不断课题改善的同期化生产。在以订单为起点的需求拉动式生产方式下,日产汽车公司致力于通过全球化企业管理贯彻NPW,实现公司经营管理的标准化、精益化、持续化。
This paper introduces the origins and developments of Nissan production way. Its core thoughts is ＂synchronous supply for customer demand＂ and ＂Continuous improvement for synchronous production （Douki-Seisan）＂ based on quality as the center and completely eliminating muda （waste）. Start from the order as a trigger input under the pull production, Nissan Motor Company is committed to global business management through the implementation of NPW. To achieve a standardized, lean and continuous operation company.
