低碳经济下我国油气资源开采的价格驱动机制探索

Mechanism Analysis about Exploitation of Oil and Gas Resources in China under Low-carbon Economy

油气资源开采是我国能源开发领域重要的经济活动,也是碳排放重点控制的高碳对象之一。本文在分析我国油气资源开采现状及模式的基础上,结合我国低碳经济发展要求,建立了油价与油气资源开采极限经济产量联动的低碳驱动机制,并以此提出了我国油气资源低碳开采的相关对策建议。

Exploitation of oil and gas resources is not only an important economic activity in energy development field, but also one of the objects which the control of carbon emissions is focused on. Based on the analysis about exploitation status and model of oil and gas resources in China, the paper combines with the development requirements of low-carbon economy, establishes the low-carbon price-driving mechanism between price and limit-economic produetion, and thus proposes related countermeasures about low-carbon exploitation oil and gas resources in China.
