企业自主创新驱动力的“三环结构”研究

Study on the Three-Ring Structure for Enterprises Indigenous Innovation

企业是自主创新的主体,只有创新驱动力充足的企业才可能进行自主创新。在企业自主创新的驱动力中,包含着核心驱动力、内部驱动力、外部驱动力。各种驱动力起着不同的交互作用,企业家的创新精神与创新的企业文化是核心驱动力,企业内部的驱动力是根本驱动力,企业外部的驱动力是基础驱动力。在此基础上,本文对企业自主创新驱动力的结构进行研究,提出了企业自主创新驱动力的"三环结构",以获取最为有效的企业自主创新驱动力结构,从而推动企业自主创新成功。

Enterprises is the main body of indigenous innovation, and only those ertterprises with sufficient internal driving forces can effectively carry on indigenous innovation. Among these driving forces are core, internal and external ones, with each different type interacting. Entrepreneurship and corporate culture are the core driving forces, whereas internal driving forces are fundamental ones and external driving forces are basic ones. The structure of driving forces for indigenous innovation are discussed, and ＂Three-Ring Structure＂ is proposed in this paper, with an aim to identify the most effective structure of driving forces for sustained indigenous innovation.
