新疆的经济和社会进入了跨越式发展阶段,本文采用SWOT分析法对新疆在经济和社会跨越式发展中的优势、劣势、面临的机遇和挑战进行了较为全面的分析,提出新疆经济和社会跨越式发展中的战略选择。
