浅谈拉细羊毛的低温染色

针对拉细羊毛易染花的问题,通过使用低温促染剂及调整染色工艺,进行了大批量染色生产实验。实践证明,这种染色方法可使拉细羊毛达到均匀染色,且在节约能源的同时,有利于改善染色环境。低温染色可减少纤维在染色过程中所受的损伤,能进一步改善产品的手感,使其更加蓬松柔软,有利于提高后道工序纺纱质量,但使用低温促染剂,色光会有差异,一般偏红光,色泽显得干净需调整色光再染色。

Aiming at the fine-drawn wool tingible spend problems,through the use of low temperature promote dye and adjust dyeing experiments,and conducted mass dyeing production and practice proves that the dyeing method can make to reach even fine-drawn wool dyeing,and saving energy,improving the dyeing environment.Low temperature dyeing can reduce fiberth in dyeing process,can improve product handle,make it more fleeciness softness,be helpful for improving the quality of spinning.But after working procedure promoting dye,there will be some color difference,general slant appear clean we need to adjust color staining again.
