摘要
将微观交通仿真模型VISSIM和微观尾气模型CMEM衔接整合起来,选取南京市城东干道九华山隧道一段为研究对象,建立隧道机动车尾气模拟平台,对交通运行状况和尾气排放量进行评价。在调查分析隧道机动车尾气现状的基础上,模拟比较分析限速及诱导标志设置等不同交通控制与管理措施对隧道尾气污染的影响,并就新庄立交改造前后机动车尾气的排放进行了评价。
An integrated microscopic traffic-emission simulation platform was developed by using the microscopic traffic simulation model VISSIM and the comprehensive modal emissions model(CMEM).The paper selected the Nanjing Jiuhuashan Tunnel to build up the traffic simulation network.So its traffic performance and vehicle emissions can be evaluated.On the basis of the current vehicle emissions,the developed platform can analyze and evaluate the different traffic control and management strategies of Jiuhuashan Tunnel(mainly the speed limit and induction sign).Meanwhile,it also compared vehicle emissions before and after the reformation of Xinzhuang Interchang,thus evaluating the rehabilitation program.
