摘要
随着精密加工技术在尖端科技领域的广泛应用,研究新型的微细加工微进给装置,是实现高精度微细加工的关键。在GMM微进给刀架磁机耦合理论研究的基础上,进行GMM微驱动刀架设计,构建其力-位移耦合模型,并采用键合图法构建微进给刀架的动态特性方程。
With precision machining technology commonly applied in fields of high technology,the key technology in precision machining is realization of micro-feed precision of precision machine tool,so to develop high precision micro-feed systems is the key technology.In the research,a micro-feed turret was designed,and research on magnetic machine coupling theory of the micro-feed device based on GMM is made,and the force and magnetic coupled model is made,then the dynamic characteristic of the turret based on bond graph method is analyzed and the dynamic equation is derived.
