基于Pro/E的H1710手机外壳注射模设计

摘要 本文采用Pro/E软件进行辅助设计,实现了H1710手机外壳注射模设计。通过对塑件结构工艺性的分析,确定了模具型腔数,选择了注射机;通过Pro/E软件中分割、抽取体积块的功能,分出型芯和型腔成型零件;采用斜导柱外侧侧抽芯现了手机外壳的转轴孔成型;采用斜顶杆实现了塑件内卡扣成型。 H1710 mobile phone shell injection mold is designed with the adoption of Pro/E as the aided software.Based on the analysis of plastic parts' structure processing property,the quantity of mould cavity,option of injection molding machine.Core,cavity together with molded part can be achieved respectively due to the presence of splitting and extracting capacity block in Pro/E.The application of skew guide post lateral loose core leads to rotation axis lateral loose core of mobile phone shell,and accomplishes buckle confectioning on the both surface sides inside plastic parts by making use of skew post rod.
