企业文化将成为企业经营管理者的重要组成部分,与人力资源管理之间的关系更是非比寻常,本文分析了企业人力资源的文化属性,并研究企业文化在人力资源管理中的作用,最后分析两者这间的互动关系。
The corporate culture will become an important part of enterprise managers,and its relationship with the human resources management is even more unusual.The paper analyzes the cultural attributes of the human resources and studies the function of enterprise culture in the management of human resources,and finally analyzes interaction between them.
